tephanie is head of the Merchant Banking Division (MBD) in Asia Pacific. She serves on thePartnership Committee, Asia PacificManagement Committee, MBD CorporateInvestment Committee, Global DiversityCommittee and Asia Pacific DiversityCommittee. Stephanie is also on the Board ofAdvisors of Launch With GS, GoldmanSachs’ $500 million commitment to narrowthe gender investing gap. She initially joined Goldman Sachs in1995 as a financial analyst. Stephanie workedin the Principal Investment Area in NewYork and then transferred to Hong Kong in1997. She left Goldman Sachs in 1998 toattend graduate school, rejoined the firm asan associate in 2000 and became anexecutive director in 2003. Stephanie wasnamed managing director in 2006 and partnerin 2010. Stephanie serves on the boards of IconCancer Care in Australia and Inner MongoliaFuyuan Dairy in China. She is also a member

of the Board of Governors of the ChinaVenture Capital and Private EquityAssociation, the Board of Directors of Savethe Children Hong Kong and HonoraryTrustees of The Women's Foundation. Stephanie earned an AB in Biology,summa cum laude, from Harvard College in1995 and an MBA from Harvard BusinessSchool in 2000.
