Stephen Crawford Senior VP at Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport Tennessee Stephen Crawford, I do hope you read this so, you will know the truth about my job/work/career. I had my resume up to date and my house sold in 2001 to leave Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport Tennessee. I handed my resume to Chris Killian to review. Chris gave it back to me by throwing it on my desk and said, "I see you getting promoted this year unless you fall flat on your face". So, I backed out of selling my house and looking for a job based on what Chris Killian told me. I ran over 300 hazardo us chemical laboratory reactions over the next year with Chris Killian only giving me the instructions for those reactions the morning I would be running them. If someone came by the lab to talk to me, Chris would come out of his office in less then 5 minutes and tell me, "you need to get back to work". Chris Killian did this over many times when coworkers came by to see me at work in the lab. I said and did nothing but kept working on what Chris Killian gave me to do daily. Near the end of that year Ch ris Killian asked me to come into his office and said, "here are the 3 reasons you're not getting promoted". Then Chris Killian asked me, "how does that make you feel"? I then told Killian very politely, "I thought you would have something better to tell me". Chris Killian then asked me, "is that all you have to say"? I said, "I guess so". Chris Killian then said, "well, you better get back out in the lab and go to work". Stephen Crawford, Senior Vice President at Eastman Chemical Company, Greg King believes this is employee harassment and intimidation at the highest level during my employment at Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport Tennessee. I also feel Chris Killian's work communication and treatment of me contributed to a large part of my medical issues from then until now this day Saturday, 9/10/2016.

Company in Kingsport Tennessee

Stephen Crawford, I do hope you read this so, you will know the truth about my job/work/career. I had

my resume up to date and my house sold in 2001 to leave Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport

Tennessee. I handed my resume to Chris Killian to review. Chris gave it back to me by throwing it on my

desk and said, "I see you getting promoted this year unless you fall flat on your face". So, I backed out of

selling my house and looking for a job based on what Chris Killian told me. I ran over 300 hazardo us

chemical laboratory reactions over the next year with Chris Killian only giving me the instructions for

those reactions the morning I would be running them. If someone came by the lab to talk to me, Chris

would come out of his office in less then 5 minutes and tell me, "you need to get back to work". Chris

Killian did this over many times when coworkers came by to see me at work in the lab. I said and did

nothing but kept working on what Chris Killian gave me to do daily. Near the end of that year Chris

Killian asked me to come into his office and said, "here are the 3 reasons you're not getting promoted".

Then Chris Killian asked me, "how does that make you feel"? I then told Killian very politely, "I thought

you would have something better to tell me". Chris Killian then asked me, "is that all you have to say"? I

said, "I guess so". Chris Killian then said, "well, you better get back out in the lab and go to work".

Stephen Crawford, Senior Vice President at Eastman Chemical Company, Greg King believes this is

employee harassment and intimidation at the highest level during my employment at Eastman Chemical

Company in Kingsport Tennessee. I also feel Chris Killian's work communication and treatment of me

contributed to a large part of my medical issues from then until now this day Saturday, 9/10/2016.
