Backorders:Orders will be shipped as complete as possible. Backorders under $100 will be canceled.

Shipping:We ship by UPS unless otherwise instructed. F.O.B. Lubbock, Tex-as. UPS shipments will be prepaid. Terms:Terms are prepayment or Visa or Mastercard until terms are approved. Please allow 3-4 weeks for credit approval. Accounts over 30 days are charged 1.5% interest per month on past due amount plus a collection fee. Refused shipments are subject to freight and a $10.00 handling fee. All returned checks are subject to a $40.00 service charge, and the account will automatically be changed to credit card or prepaid. COD not available.

Returns and Claims:Shortage or defective merchandise claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Return authorization must be issued by Stephen Joseph, Inc. customer service before returning any item. Stephen Joseph, Inc. reserves the right to repair and return defective merchandise. Only verified defective merchandise or merchandise not in agreement with the purchase order will be credited. All defects should be clearly marked. Return of stock items that are not the fault of Stephen Joseph, Inc. will incur a 15% restocking fee. A credit memo will be issued on all returns. No cash refunds.
