Minimum of 152 hours or 4 weeks full time

Commencing Dec 2019 – Jan 2020

Position Overview

The successful applicant would be working with a team of 3 other Computer Programmers. The job entails the rewrite of an existing website https://www.rfnsa.com.au. The existing system is writtern in Perl, the new system Python using the Django framework. Tasks would entail:

Writing of new webpages

Writing of unit and browser tests for webpages

Testing webpages

Designing webpages

The following skills are necessary:

A knowledge of the Python programming language.

A knowledge of programming in the following languages would be advantageous but not mandatory:

Perl

HTML

Javascript

JQuery

MySQL

Linux shell scripts

Second last or final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree

Australian citizens, permanent Residents or International Students with full working rights
