The auction official shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell articles in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, To Celebrate Life Breast Cancer Foundation’s sale record shall be conclusive.

2. To Celebrate Life makes no warranties, assumption of liability or representation of any kind with respect to any items, trips or services described in this catalogue and sold at the auction. We reserve the right to withdraw any property at any time before actual sale. Values listed are as estimated by the donor, where available, and are not warranted by To Celebrate Life.

3. Payment in full is required on the night of the event. All sales taxes are included. Successful bidders must claim their purchases by presenting a “paid” receipt at the claims table. To Celebrate Life is not responsible for any items not picked up that evening.

4. In the event To Celebrate Life is prevented by fire, theft, or other circumstances from delivering any Live Auction item to the bidder, To Celebrate Life Breast Cancer Foundation’s liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid by the winning bidder.
