Steps for Finding an Engagement Asset

STEP 1: In the Engagement Asset Hub, Click on Find an Engagement Asset

There is a table that provides pre-defined searches into iRAM. If you click on search and don’t see any results, please make sure that you are logged into iRAM.

Click on the Asset Name

You can refine the filter on your search

STEP 2: From the Search for Assets page in iRAM, click on the asset name

If you see no results, check to see that you are logged into iRAM.

STEP 3: From the Asset Page, you can select different actions to take.

PLEASE NOTE: All Assets in iRAM do not necessarily have content in iRAM. Please click on General Details for guidance on how to access the asset.

DON’T FORGET!!! When you have used the asset, please Record/Share your Asset Reuse so you can get rewarded AND so that others can see the value and reuse this asset themselves.
