Photometric FlexibilityThe MANCHESTERlighting systemprovides exceptional lighting flexibility and efficiency. Wattages, for example, range up to 1000 watts in either incandescent or H.I.D. lamps. An exclusive Sterner system, comprised of anacrylic or optional polycarbonate refractor, an optically-engineered aluminum reflector, and an adjustable lamp-holder, allows selection of light distribution patterns to suit the requirements of the project. As a result, IESdistribution patterns II. Ill, IV, and modified V are available in all MANCHESTERluminaires. Patterns are easilyadjustable on-site should illumination requirements change. (Photometric tables for precise fixture and mount-ing height selection are found in SECTION14,Technical Information.) This system is designed and manufacturedto meet or exceed U.L. and N.E.C.requirements; all fixtures bear the I.B.EW. label.

Options luminaires can be wall-mounted. photoelectric control. single or duplex weatherproof receptacle. bakedfinish available in a wide range of colors, applied electrostatically. pole materials: aluminum, steel, concrete, wood, wood-laid. pole cross-sections: round, square, hexagonal, octagonal. pole profiles: straight or tapered(for specific details, see SECTION 8, Poles) WOODLITE styles available (SeeSECTION 11, WOODLITE).
