JOBS AND GATES PROFILES

He had a love of computers and began programming mainframe computers when he was 13 years old , He developed his own version of the BASIC programming language while attending Harvard University. He started Microsoft as a partnership with his childhood friend Paul Allen. Microsoft became an incorporated company in 1981

Steve jobs was born in 1955. He was the founder and CEO of Apple Inc , Shareholder of Pixar animation and WD , he was consider as the microcomputer ( personal computers) revolution pioneer and most attractive and useful innovations.

Jobs could not experience the benefit of leader follower relationship during some of his struggling periods. During 1985 when most of the Apples products were suffering, Scully believed that these failures were due to Jobs hurting Apple, But when Jobs back again as a CEO of Apple, he was successful leader managed to build a good relationship with his followers and was able to take Apple to great extents.

Gates as a leader had always maintained his relationship between his followers and his co-workers in a perfect way. He never under estimated his followers. Gates always transports his objectives which need to be achieved, in a clear manner to his followers. And he also conveys the benefits, which they will get, if they achieve those objectives. Gates has said it by himself that the Microsoft would have been unsuccessful without my strong team, which stood behind me.

Leader He was bad leader till left Apple first time when Jobs back again as a CEO of Apple, he was successful leader managed to build a good relationship with his followers and was able to take Apple to great extents but most of the time implementing his own ideas with his own centralized decisions.

Gates was successful, as a leader he had a good relationship between his co-workers regardless of the situation. As well as he has always allowed his followers to independently think and come up with their own ideas and initiatives.

Liaison Jobs always go in details by him self but in aggressive manner.

Gates always transports his objectives which need to be achieved, in a clear manner to his followers
