Exciting News was trialling to clear a Turned In Boxes endorsement. The greyhound exited the

boxes cleanly, and was cleared all tracks except Mount Gambier ( SA )

Pa’s Girl was trialling in accord with LR21B, having not started for a period exceeding six months.

The greyhound was deemed to have trialled satisfactorily, and was cleared to resume racing.

A pre race sample is to be obtained from NATE’S DREAM – Race 8 No. 2 NATE’S DREAM( 2 )

Stewards permitted RATTLIN’ CHELL – Race 6 No. 2 to compete under GAR 39(2). The greyhound

In two separate incidents at the first turn, LIL STORM( 1 )raced wide checking DONNA DOLPHIN( 5 ), and ALDO KEEPING( 3 ) checked WINLOCK MCGREGOR( 4 ), causing WINLOCK MCGREGOR( 4 ) to lose ground. ALDO KEEPING( 3 ) galloped on the back of DONNA DOLPHIN( 5 ) approaching the turn into the back straight, with both runners losing ground sharply, hampering WINLOCK MCGREGOR( 4 ) and HE’S A SMOKEY( 7 ). MEL’S BELLE( 8 ) drifted wide in the home straight, hampering LIL STORM( 1 ), and outwardly marred that greyhound nearing the winning post.
