mal Products Company for Automotive Industry. Founded in 1985, the company has manufacturing

plants at Noida (2 nos.), Manesar, Pune, Chennai and Sanand with an annual capacity of 1.5 Million AC

Kits per annum beside a well equipped R&D Center and Tool Room at Noida.

Hybrid Fibre Technology was imple-

mented in the construction of 60,000 sq. ft. Extrusion Plant at Nagpur using SHAKTIMAN®

Steel Fibers MSH 10050 Steel Fibers along with

Glass Fibres. The thickness was a mere 150mm .

Also a Laser Screed was used .

The manufacturing process, is state-of-the-art

Starlinger. over 25,000 kgs. of virgin polymer is

extruded everyday by their very experienced

It is a well known fact that precast products when

manufactured at a factory site are transported for

implementation at project sites. This causes a lot

of breakage. Also due to extensive use and wear

and tear, the blocks have to be replaced often

causing disruption in normal working. Hence

SHAKTIMAN® Steel Fibres MSC 4512.5 at

0.3% were used in the manufacture of pavement

blocks by the company based at Kharagpur lending

enhanced strength and not compromising on the

aesthetic value of the blocks.

Manhole covers, Pipes, Drains, Covers, Poles,

walls, lavatories (under the Swachh Bharat Yo-

jana) , tunnel lines etc. are some other areas of

Precast Products where SFRC is liberally and

regularly used.
