We often think about how we can be kind to others But what about you? Be kind to yourself if you are struggling to settle down to school work. Perhaps do some exercise or spend five-minutes outdoors before going back to work. or Be kind to yourself if you are irritated by other people in your household; you are spending a lot of time together at the moment. Sensory Activity

I understand that it is important to relax my body and my mind in order that I have good mental health.

I can follow instructions and use imagery and breathing to programme my mind and body to feel happy and relaxed.
