SAFETYWe take every precaution to ensure best practice for thepreparation, organisation and operation of your tour includingcoach company checks and accommodation inspections. We are independently audited on an annual basis and haveapproved 24/7 accident and emergency procedures in place.

ACCOMMODATIONWe have a selection of accommodations on offer in variousdestinations throughout the brochure, all of which have beenvisited by us or our representatives and checked for theirsuitability for our groups. These include holiday villages andhotels in many popular resorts. Classifications and styles varyin different countries so please read the descriptions or ask usfor further details before deciding what is right for your group.

FOOTBALLThe integral element of your tour, it is important that we discussyour requirements to ensure the ingredients are right with agecategories, ability levels and goals of the tour. Please bear inmind that European age groups differ from our own – they runfrom January–December and typically in 2 year brackets, soyou will often play slightly above or below your British category.Please speak to our team if you have any questions.

TRAVELCoach travel – This is an important part of your tour, and it is our belief that you should travel in comfort and safety. Anexecutive coach is included free for every group with 25 ormore persons. Capacities vary, but your coach will typically beequipped with seatbelts, reclining seats, DVD (or video) player,air-conditioning, toilet and drinks machine. Sea crossings – Most groups travel on the ferry from Doverto Calais, but we also offer the popular Eurotunnel service andalternative ferry crossings on request (a supplement is normallyrequired for these services).Flights – As ATOL holders (ATOL 5675) we are able toorganise flight-inclusive packages in accordance with CAAregulations, although you can book your own flights if you prefer.Only flight-inclusive packages are protected by our ATOL.

2 Having decided where and when you might wish to travel, and checked with us for availability, we will send you a tour proposal reconfirming theprovisional details for the trip and outlining the package inclusions. You willnormally be offered a short option on the reservation (usually 7 days), but alltours are subject to availability at booking. No options are typically offered onflight-inclusive tours.

3 Read the booking guidelines and conditions and then complete thebooking form. This needs to be sent to us with your deposit payment.All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Your deposit should be made by asingle cheque, a debit or credit card, or by bank transfer. We shall send you a tour Confirmation and Invoice.

4 Your final payment with confirmed numbers, passenger list andnominated pick up point (coach groups only) must be with us no laterthan 10 weeks before your departure date.
