Sticky Fingers Cooking offers young chefs the

chance to explore exciting tastes (all seasonal and as local as possible!), master culinary skills (that theycan put to use in family

kitchens!) and nourish their bodies and minds.

Each class features a yummy, healthy recipe, emphasizes

safety and skill building, and environmental awareness in an engaging way. We provide all of the tools, ingredients and instruction needed to

cook up a tasty and healthysnack each class.

"For the first time in his life, my son ate salad last night. He promised to try everything he made in class (of course he loved the chicken

and biscuits) so I gave him one bite of salad.

My husband and I were almost knocked over when he asked for MORE!! Granted it was loaded up with ranch dressing, but now he knows that salad is actually

edible!! Proving your theory once again, that if they help make it, they will eat it. And he was so excited to show his dad what he made. We love your classes!!"

“Wow! This is better than Sea World!”Sophia, age 7, at July 2011 Sticky Fingers Class

The yummy new recipe your student prepared will beaccessible after each class on our website

FOR COOKING-UP SOME DELICIOUS FAMILY FUN AT HOME!

Sticky Fingers’ Wee Cook Kit and Recipe-of-the-Month Club was featured in the April 2010 issue of Better Homes & Gardens!

Chosen as "Top of the Town" by 5280 Magazine!“Sticky Fingers, a cooking school where children ages two to 12 can whisk, julienne, and fold to their heart's content—in someone else's kitchen. Plus, when kids get involved in their food, they're more likely to eat it—spinach and all."
