STIPULATION AND ORDER The parties, though counsel, hereby stipulate to the schedule set forth below and
respectfully request the Court’s approval:
1. The defendant, Commissioner Nicholas A. Toumpas, shall file his Answer to the
Complaint on September 23, 2011.
2. Commissioner Toumpas shall file his objection to the plaintiffs’ motion for
preliminary injunction on September 23, 2011.
3. The parties respectfully request that if the Court schedules a hearing on the
motion for preliminary injunction, that it be on a date after October 5, 2011.
