Stipulation of facts The victims having already testified during the bail hearing that they have reported the incident to police authorities and had submitted themselves to medical examination, the Prosecution proposes that: 1. The parents of the victims are the ones who accompanied them to report the incident to Amlan Police Station; 2. PO3 Christy Dela Cruz is the investigating officer of the Women and Children Protection Desk of Amlan Police Station; 3. Being the investigating officer of WCPD, she recorded and reported the incident in its police blotter; the entries thereof are Entry Numbers 0834 and 0835 evidenced by CERTIFICATION of Extract of copies of police blotter; 4. PO3 Dela Cruz caused the victims to fill-un an Investigation Data Form – make the Defense to admit the same as original copy; 5. PO3 Dela Cruz prepared the Letter Complaints of Minor AAA and Minor BBB – make the Defense to admit the same as original copy; 6. PO Dela Cruz prepared the Complaint-Affidavit of Minor AAA and Joint-Complaint Affidavit of Minors AAA and BBB – make the Defense to admit the same as original copy; 7. PO Dela Cruz prepared the Complaint-Affidavit of Minor AAA’s mother and Complaint Affidavit of Minors BBB’ mother – make the Defense to admit the same as original copy; 8. PO3 referred the case to Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Negros Oriental through a Letter Request for the Conduct of Preliminary Investigation dated May 9, 2012 – make the Defense to admit the same as original copy; 9. PO3 Christy Dela Cruz referred the victims to NOPH as evidenced by a “Letter Request for Medical Examination dated May 7, 2012 – make the Defense to admit the same as original copy; 10. The parents of the victims accompanied the victims to undergo medical examination at Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital; 11. The victims had submitted themselves to a medical examination; they being examined by Dr. Marigine P. Rusiana, Medico Legal Officer of the Child Protection Unit of Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital (NOPH); 12. After the examination of the victims, Dr. Rusiana entered and recorded its findings in the Gynecological Emergency Sheet of NOPH, and thereafter issued two medical certificates, all dated May 7, 2012; one for Minor AAA and another one for Minor BBB – make the Defense to admit the same as original copy;

13. The age of minor AAA at the time of the commission of the crime is 14 years old as evidence by duly certified Live Birth Certificate duly issued by the LCR of Amlan – make the Defense to admit the same as original copy; and

14. The age of minor BBB at the time of the commission of the crime is 14 years old as evidence by duly certified Live Birth Certificate duly issued by the LCR of Amlan – make the Defense to admit the same as original copy
