    This agreement allows AMC to respond to the Countys IT professional staffingrequirement without going through a competitive and elaborate RFP process. Only a fewcompanies are short listed for this agreement. The approval procedure for this agreementinvolves a lengthy and an extensive vetting process, which included assessment of our

    qualifications and references, and our ability to provide the services required by the County ofLos Angeles under the specified categories.

    Bola was a senior partner with Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles, where he was the

    partner in charge of the Enterprise Risk Management practice. Estimated 1999 revenues are in excess of $600M.

    Senior Vice President, Information Services and Customer Care One of five SVPsmaking up USSBs Senior Executive Team. Responsible for infrastructure services; billingand customer care systems; commissions and dealer management systems; reporting,analysis and decision support for finance and marketing; inbound customer care (1,000,000calls/month); and, outbound direct marketing operations (600,000 calls/month). He wasresponsible for a Fiscal Year 1999 budget in excess of $75M. Significant accomplishmentsinclude:

    Developed the requirements for, staffed and established the information servicesdepartment at USSB during the business startup phase. This included thedevelopment of new mission critical systems for dealer commissions and accountmanagement, marketing campaign management, financial reporting and the creationof a data warehouse based on detailed customer transaction information tailored tosupport decision making in all departments.

    Led an 18-month enterprise wide effort to identify next generation billing andsubscriber management system requirements; surveyed industry alternatives formeeting them; developed a best fit architecture; negotiated required contracts;managed all development, conversion and implementation efforts. Contract signedwith billing systems winner in October 1998. Call center contracts and front-endapplication definition completed by January 1999. Conversion to new SMS

    1992-1995 ADVANCE, Incorporated, Arlington, VAADVANCE is a small information technology consulting and integration services firmspecializing in networking, imaging and software development with 1995 revenues of $30M.

    Vice President for Operation, He is one of three members of the Corporate Executive

    Team. Responsible for the fulfillment execution of all ongoing client servicesgovernmentand commercial; for management of several strategic client relationships; and for supportingbusiness development activities;

    Responsible for more than $60M in network integration, groupware, executiveinformation system, imaging, and telecommunications projects.
