STOCK SHEET
By Aaron & Matt
Purpose The purpose of a stock sheet is to keep a
record of items in stock, price, description and a reference number,
Most stock sheets also have a section which alerts them whether the product needs re-ordering. This will have a column with the minimum quantity of the products which are allowed then when the actually quantity gets below this value a column will show RE-ORDER.

To get the re-order section a formula would be used or an IF statement.
Method of Communication This information would be stored in the
computer system and would be used by the admin staff.
These details wouldn’t normally be communicated but they could be emailed or printed to show other members of staff product levels.
