HONEY GLAZED HAM2.5kg ready-to-eat ham 1/4 cup whole cloves 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 4 tbsp brown sugar 2 cups honey 4 oranges 170g butterPreheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.Put all honey glaze ingredients in a saucepan and stir over a low heat.

Stud ham with the whole cloves.

Dress the ham with the glaze and pour the remaining into the bottom of the tray.

Cook ham until golden and crispy. Remove from oven and let sit a few minutes before serving.

EASY, FRESH POTATO SALAD2 kg baby potatoes 6 short cut bacon slices, cooked and sliced 2 670g jars of whole egg mayonnaise 1 bunch of spring onions, chopped 1/4 cup of chives, chopped Juice of 2 fresh lemonsFill two large saucepans with water. Boil potatoes on high heat for 8-10 mins or until potatoes are just cooked.Drain and place in the freezer for 30 mins or until lukewarm. Cut potatoes widthways into quarters.

Fill a large salad bowl with the mayonnaise, half the lemon juice, spring onions and chives. Mix thoroughly.

Fold half of the chopped potatoes through the mix.

Repeat steps using the remainder of the ingredients.
