In pages 41-44, Link is talking about sleeping rough. Try to find examples of the following devices used in this passage and explain why they are effective in persuading the reader. Copy the table on the following slide. Two boxes have been left empty for you to put in any other ways in which you think Swindells is writing to persuade.
