From Mom Stone Fence Applesauce Cake AARP 10/1979 ¾ cup margarine 1 cup sugar 1 ½ cup dark brown sugar Cream. 2 eggs Beat till light. Add to 2 ¼ cup applesauce (unsweetened) ¾ cup carrots raw shredded Add alternately with flour below 3 cups flour unsifted all prupose 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour unsifted 3 tsp baking soda 1 ½ tsp each: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice 1 ½ cup walnuts coarsely broken 1 ½ cup raisins Fold in. Bake 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 30 minutes in greased bundt pan Cool 5 minutes and unmold When cool sprinkle with sifted confect sugar
