Camp
SILVER BAY BIBLE CAMP Time to prepare for summer camp. Dates for Silver Bay Bible Camp are as follows: - Sr. Camp (Grades 7-9) Aug 4 - 9 - Jr. Camp (ages 6 - 12) Aug 11 - 16 Once again we are partnering with Eagle Bay Camp at Hilbre and running camp on their prop-erty this year. Next year we will be entering our 75th year of operation and are planning to be at our new site at Elm Bay. For more info or to register, call Shelley at 467-5073 or e-mail us at [email protected] . See you at camp!
GIMLI BIBLE CAMP If you are looking for an opportunity to serve God this summer, Gimli Bible Camp is looking for people to work in the kitchen. For more information contact the camp at 204-642-5707 or email [email protected]. Bird River Bible Camp There are camp brochures/applications on the bulletin board.
Greetings from Bird River. It's been a busy spring getting ready for this camping sea-son and we are finding ourselves in a bit of a financial conundrum regarding our dish-washer. We had a newer model donated to us and didn't find out until we had it in-stalled that it requires 3 phase power. Put-ting the old one back is not an alternative because it had to be completely dismantled to get it out. That and the fact that it is over 50 years old makes it impractical to do that. We have found that we can get a 3 phase convertor that will solve the problem how-ever the cost is going to run around $2500.
I am asking you to prayerfully consider making a donation to help us with this ex-pense. You can either make a donation online at www.birdriver.net/donate or send a cheque to: Bird River Bible Camp Box 11250 Lac du Bonnet, MB R0E 1A0
Any help would be appreciated and of course please keep us in your prayers.
Tour to Israel, with Pastor Henry Nov. 8-18, 2013. Cost is $3224 for airfare, hotels, breakfast & dinner daily, & all touring. See the brochures on the bulletin board by the mailboxes.
