The Store Connect and Audit System creates a seamless information dissemination
and continuous audit mechanism for large store chains. Allows quality heads to

The Store Connect solution allows for a single informational portal carrying both generic product information as well as store
specific information; connecting the stores with central marketing teams by bringing to them product news, offers,
promotions, training materials, alerts, announcement etc. on a daily basis while also allowing them to provide their feedback
through issue logging, surveys and polls . Using the Audit application, Quality heads can create audits, define audit
questionnaires and launch the audit to selected stores. Stores can access audits only during an allowed time window and
answer audit questions with visual proof. Area Executives rate each store and Area Managers sample the audits before
authorizing for Quality Head Office to review and close the audit. Using the Audit Mobile App, the store manager and staff
view their audit and submit visual proof of their answers during the audit time window. Audit window is controlled by Quality
HO and closely mimics surprise audits while involving store staff in auditing themselves. Involvement of store staff ensures
quality and compliance becoming habitual over a period of time.
The Training module enables self paced learning as well as broadcasting of instructional video to on store staff. The app can
deliver quizzes and certifications to ensure uniform and benchmarked understanding of brand messaging, campaign
requirements, behavioural expectations, and standard operating procedures across the workforce.
