Principle of Operation The box feeder is filled with corresponding material. Via a steel slat conveyor, the material is passed on to the outlet of the box feeder from where it is transferred to a downstream machine. For optimum driving and discharge of the material, the arched steel plate belt are curved executed.A frequency inverter makes the conveyor speed infinitely variable. Thus, the desired material throughput can be optimized. In addition, a mechanically height-adjustable slide gate fitted to the feeder outlet regulates the material throughput. A paddle shaft ensures uniform material discharge. The material transfer to the next machine can thus be optimized and matched.
