Narration: In our last episode, a mysterious silhouette of a man appeared on Jackie Phelps’ work computer and

informed her that the CEO of her company, Royal Industries had been kidnapped. Her mission is to quickly build a

team of people she can trust to help her find the missing CEO.

that if you ask him to do something or be somewhere, it will be handled professionally and on time.

commitment up front. A good team member promises only what he can deliver and delivers what he has committed

alternate solution if possible. They want to give a good effort, and they want other team members to do the same and

will share the credit when successful, and take the blame if something goes wrong in their area of responsibility.

the information she needs but doesn’t attempt to ask for it. She’s impatient and expects everything to be done NOW.

Whenever there is disagreement, she “smolders” in silence or erupts in anger. She often interrupts others to give her

opinion.

have a superior, egotistical attitude. He’s arrogant and believes he’s never wrong. He’s pushy, demanding,

argumentative and prone to abusive behavior. He thrives on the chaos he creates, and goes out of his way to push

people's buttons.
