Storyboarding an existing great concept, we software folks adapted it from animation world. I just tried to explain storyboarding in laymen language by giving actual definition and showing the similarity. Just give an idea have done basic Ball animation in Expression blend and created silverlight file.TRANSCRIPT

Storyboard?
Storyboards are graphic organizers such as a series of illustrations or images displayed in sequence for the purpose of pre-visualizing
Story Board tells about
-What are the characters[objects|elements] in the frame- Their actions | behavior | Characteristics
Why make a storyboard?
- Storyboard can be shared with others to get exact feedback before jumping into production work.- Flexibility to do number of iteration
Storyboard is SIMPLE to do
- Pen | pencil|photos|cut out pictures from magazines, or use a computer to make your storyboards. - sketches don't have to be fancy!
