SALE NOTES PLACE OF SALE - THE CLUB ROOM, STOW-ON-THE-WOLD RUGBY CLUB GROUND, situated one mile from Stow-on-the-Wold on the Chipping Norton Road (A436). Stow-on-the-Wold (on the Fosseway - A429) is 18 miles from Cheltenham, 10 miles from Chipping Norton and 18 miles from Cirencester. BIDDING NUMBERS – Please note that these will be used. Please register on arrival at the sale room. THE SALE - Unless otherwise stated, all lots comprise baled Hay & Straw from the 2015 season. VIEWING - may be at any time during daylight hours by prospective purchasers in possession of a Sale Catalogue. Appointments are not necessary, unless specifically indicated in the Catalogue. HELP TO LOAD – unless specifically indicated in the catalogue or at time of sale HELP TO LOAD WILL BE AVAILABLE providing at least 24 hours notice is given in order that arrangements can be made. Help to load is limited to the 28 day removal period or such extended period as agreed to by the Vendor under these Conditions of Sale. Private arrangements for an extension of the removal period beyond that stated in the catalogue or announced at the time of sale are strictly a matter between Vendor and Purchaser and we recommend that confirmation is obtained in writing or by email.

CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser (subject to any reserve price) and if any dispute arises the

lot(s) in dispute to be put up again and resold, or the purchaser may be decided by the Auctioneers, who reserve the right to bid for, withdraw, divide or amalgamate any lots. The sale price shall include loading by the Vendor of all bales unless specified.

2. All descriptive statements contained in advertisements or the catalogue or made by the Auctioneers, before or at the time of sale, are not to be taken as warranties, but as expressions of Vendor's or Auctioneers' opinion, and no warranty is to be implied and it shall be assumed that the purchaser has inspected the lot(s) he buys and has satisfied himself as to the quantity, quality, description, suitability for purpose or otherwise.

3. All lots must be removed within 28 days, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Any disputes which arise after the expiration of the collection date will be between the Vendor and Purchaser, the Auctioneer’s cannot be held liable or responsible for the refund of any monies.

4. All lots are at the purchasers' risk at the fall of the hammer, it is essential, therefore, that INSURANCE COVER should be taken out immediately.

5. Any damage caused by the removal of the lots shall be made good by the purchaser to the satisfaction of the Auctioneers and Vendor(s).

6. TERMS - PAYMENTS IN FULL ON DAY OF SALE in default of which the Auctioneers reserve the right to withhold delivery. Where payment is by cheque, removal will NOT be authorised until the cheque has been cleared. Any late payment for whatever reason will be charged interest at 4% over Lloyds Bank Base Rate. Debit but not Credit Cards are acceptable. Cheques to be made payable to TAYLER & FLETCHER LTD.

7. LOTS SOLD PER TONNE OVER THE WEIGHBRIDGE - In the event of any lot(s) being sold per tonne over the weighbridge, the purchaser will pay to the Auctioneers the full price of the lot, based upon the estimated tonnage in the catalogue at the time of sale. Any adjustment will be made upon receipt of the weight ticket, which must be delivered to the Auctioneers' office at Stow-on-the-Wold within five days of the removal date. The purchaser to pay any weighing charge or toll.
