What is Strategic Planning?

It is a leadership tool that will help us focus on long-term achievement by:

Setting a realistic - yet “bold” direction for the next 5 years

Creating the route we need to follow to align with our International 10-year strategic plan

Developing a plan to ensure we accomplish our own Chapter vision

Strategic planning is a methodical process for creating a ROADMAP for an organization to follow, with the intended

purpose of INCREASING its POTENTIAL.*
