and blessing until the writer finished his thesis.
Secondly, may shalawat and salaam always given to our prophet Muhammad SAW, who
guided us from the darkness jahiliyah era to the world of islam.
Thirdly, the writer would like to thank you for his beloved parents, his beloved wife Indi
Asih Lestari, and his sister who are always give him supports, motivations and patient. Their
supports are very meaningful for the writer. The writer always whishes can make them proud and
