+ seems to be reliable compacting- need high room for vertical polymerizations- need additional cutting operation

End plug filled on silicone:+ inside of the straw (low diameter)- need high room for vertical polymerizations - compacting depend on adhesion

End plug glued to straw:+ There is possibility easy adjust pressure in the straw- Need mechanical treatment- High weight and cost
