Tetiana started her career as HR Specialist in International IT company Flextronics in 2005. Then sheworked as a dedicated HR Manager in GlobalLogic, the Company with over 2000 employees inUkraine. In 2011 Tetiana joined EPAM as a Senior HR Manager and implemented many of HR initiatives,policies and procedures for the biggest client - Barclays Capital Bank with over 500 employees. In 2013she became HR and Operations Director of US outsourcing company Universal Mind and successfullylaunched a subsidiary in Kiev with operations for a large number of clients. Tetiana founded Do ITRelocation in 2015. Education: a Master's degree from Kiev National University of Trade andEconomics.

Oleksii started his career as the analyst in the Informational Oil & Gas Research Centre. In 2005 hebecame Board Member of AB Ukrgasprombank. In 2008 Oleksii joined the Asset ManagementCompany of TAS Group – one of the biggest industrial and financial groups in Ukraine, where he wasworking on financial startup. After holding a position of CEO at Life Insurance Company BlakitniiPolis,Oleksii became serial entrepreneur and launched several startups, including Do IT Relocation &Outsourcing Company. Awards: Top 100 managers of financial sector - "Expert Rating". Order of SaintSophia. Education: Institute of International Relations,HBS.

Olena began her career in 2007 as Associate in Samsung HQ (South Korea) and was responsible for thedevelopment of home appliance market in former CIS countries. In 2009 she joined Samsung Ukraineas Marketing Manager and helped Samsung achieve leadership in Ukrainian Mobile Market. Olenawas further promoted to Market Intelligence Manager role in which she managed the team of analystsand was responsible for $1.5MM research budget. Olena joined Do IT Relocation in 2015 in the positionof COO. She holds MBA degree from Sungkyunkwan GSB (South Korea) and Columbia GSB (USA,exchange program). Awards: Samsung Global Scholarship. Fluent in Korean and English languages.
