What is it?

MS Access database with Visual Basic user interface developed by Aqua Terra Consultants

Linked to StreamStats map in user interface showing site locations

Contains fields for all streamflow and basin characteristics that are currently used, and allows new characteristics to be added

Replaces old Basin-Characteristics File Expandable for use with other types of data

Words of Caution

Statistics must be added in the Statistic Management area before they can be edited in the Station Management area

Be sure that editing, adding, or deleting statistic types is needed before making changes – suggest calling K. Ries (410-238-4317)

Before adding a new statistic, carefully review existing statistic definitions to be sure that the statistic is not already in the database under a different name – If it is, use the existing name
