• it's catching that right moment at the right time for example in your photos you might find some bloke looking at a girl's behind that is a decisive moment

• If you use the decisive moment in street photography your photos will be 50 times more good if you get that perfect moment to take a picture you should probably take one cause that would be a decisive moment in street photography

• Henri Cartier-Bresson was a French photographer considered to be the father of photojournalism. He was an early adopter of 35 mm format, and the master of candid photography. He helped develop the street photography or life reportage style that was coined The Decisive Moment that has influenced generations of photographers who followed.
