Stress Management
No One free of stress
• Each one has different way to respond .
• Remember its your own baby & you only need to manage it
Work Stress
• Any reason may have it, deadlines, amount of work etc.
• Selection of wrong job!!!• Once you accept any job be
done with it try to find pleasure at work
• Place may not be suitable, but remember once you have decided need to work in that (SOP Standard Operational Practice)
Financial Stress
• Money is important in life but not everything in life.

Family Stress
• Found in many why , in each family
• Reasons may be any situation. Sandwiched, one side from our parent’s generation another side from our children.
• You need not blame media or technology, you need to educate children.
Social Stress
• Many fold reasons,which makes you lot of stress.
• Could be due to any reason.• You have got some occasion
at some relations place and you are not able to make it you feel stressed
• Pl come out of this kind of guilt.
How to manage stress
• Be sure its going to be with you so try to find way out of it

• Over eat• Any form of tobacco. consumption of alcohol• Extra work • Shout on any one whom
you can!!!!!• No blame game.• No temporary solutions.• Do not isolate your self
Exercise
• Consistency mandatory.• Min 5 days in week• Blending of cardiac, joints &
muscles • 30 min every day .• This it self is too long of topic
to be dealt separately.
Medical care
• Try to understand body structure and then offer him the game activity.
• Keep vigilance on excess weight gain or sudden loss of weight.
Diet
• Try to stick to the time as much as you can
• Have 4 small meals than 2 large meals.
• White enemy like sugar and salt.
• Control on tea intake, even if you need to consume see that sugar is as less as possible .
• Consumption of alcohol should be as less as possible
