The S3000 Twin is produced with two moto-rized film pre-stretch carriages to handle two different film types or one film and one net. It provides quick change over shift between the two different types!

We have designed and produced the automatic stretch wrappers, at our factory in Mariager, Denmark, with a focus on low running costs. As in other REO-PACK stretch wrappers, all components in the S3000 machine are selected for their robustness and serviceability. The S3000 comes in a “REO-PACK standard” equipped version; which can be adapted to a customer specific specification for the PLC, motors, etc. REO-PACK utilizes only the latest production methods during manufacturing. Quality components like Nordgear, Siemens and INA speak for themselves.

Flexible...

The S3000 is a swing arm stretch wrapper. The design means that the pallet is stationary during wrapping and the swing arm rotates around the pallet carrying the stretch film. With its advanced stretchfilm monitoring system, the S3000 is able to wrap the most demanding products at high speed.Apart from being fast, the S3000 sets new standards of versatility. With its double-motorized stretch system, the S3000 is the most film efficient wrapper available!The S3000 is available in two variants: S3000 and S3000ISS. ISS stands for Integrated Seaming System, and is a unique ‘no product contact’ way of seaming the stretchfilm which guarantees a perfect seam and no stretch film “tail”.The S3000ISS can start to wrap at the bottom of the pallet or by using a topclamp, at the top of the pallet.The S3000 starts to wrap at the bottom of the pallet, rises to the top of the pallet and then back down to finish wrap-ping at the bottom of the pallet. The S3000, combined with R2000 automatic topsheet dispenser can wrap pallets both dustproof and splashproof.
