Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus Sp. z o.o. is a Polish manufacturer of stretch film by casting method. Many years of experience, qualified staff, the latest generation of production lines and a well-equipped laboratory for research, have allowed us to enter foreign markets, and therefore we have become a respected and recognizable European brand.

We are in the heart of Podkarpackie Region industry and innovation - in the AEROPOLIS Science and Technology Park located in the Special Economic Zone in Rogoznica, near Rzeszów. Our machine park is equipped with 5 production lines, of which the newest one is the world's first 6-meter stretch film production line with a capacity of 40,000 tons per year. Currently, Efekt Plus production capacities amount to approx. 120,000 tons per year. Such properties allow us to create a wide range of products that are tailored to the needs of our customers.

It is worth emphasizing that the highest quality of offered products protected by international and national patent applications is protected by prestigious certificates, including the ISO Quality Management System: 9001. Activities and investments conducted by Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus made us obtain a number of renowned awards and prizes such as Forbes Diamonds, Business Gazelles and many more.

Apart from maintaining high standards, the company conducts pro-ecological activities. The film manufactured by us is 100% suitable for material recycling, while production waste generated in the company during production is subjected to material recycling on site. Thermal energy recovery from the product line was used for space and water heating in the company. The confirmation of those activities is the introduced ISO management system: 14001.

Laboratory

In order to maintain the highest quality of our products, we have invested in appropriate equipment and specialized staff. We have created one of the few in the country - professional laboratory for stretch film testing. As a result, we are able to perform control and measurement activities of our products, examine physical and chemical properties and conduct R&D works.

We are constantly testing our products and working on improving them. The machines in our laboratory are one of the first in Poland devices that allow for perfect measurements of the most important parameters of stretch film. Products and formulations are also tested on modern wrappers and high-speed rewinders.

Measurements of mechanical properties are made during dynamic tests that best reflect the functional parameters of the stretch film.

Our equipment allows us to study mechanical parameters, i.e. the film's stretchability, tackiness as well as breaking moment and puncture resistance.

InnovationsWorking on the best quality stretch film, we have modernised laboratory equipment and carried out research in order to improve the existing products. Thanks to impementing new soulutions in the stretch film sector, we are recognised as an innovation leader both on the Polish and Europen markets.

In April 2011 we commenced production of 50-layer stretch film. At the moment the product based on nanotechnology i sold under the commercial name 50 LAYER STRETCH. Thanks to its strong structure, the film reflects very good quality and strength parameters to guarantee load stabilisation. Worth emphasising is the fact that the film production line was the only such system in Europe Zakładp Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus offers 50-layer fim i black.

SEVEN MIKROSTRETCH

New technology facilitates the production of film with improvedretention and durability starting from the gauge of 8 μm

Such thin films which fulfil quality and durability parameters close to the films of 17-20 μm, gauges enable the customers to reduce film consumption by up to 60%. Just to compare: 8 μm film roll of the length of 2500 m weighs 9,2 kg and 23 μm film roll of th same length weighs 26,45 kg.

E7 film

We have created e7 film to fulfil environmental protection requirements and customer expectations. It is an environmentally friendly product acting as analternative to the regular stretch film. The main feature differing the film from the regular stretch film is up to 30% regranulate content in the middle layer and selected new generation granulate. Thanks to such combination e7 film ensures high quality and guaranteed stretch starting from 150%. The film i available in all gauges starting from 8 μm and in widths from 250 mm to 1,500 mm.

The product reflects higher puncture resistance than the regular stretch film. Direct packing on the line ensures no product damage.

High Slip film

High Slip is another innovative product by Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus esteemed on the market. The film is manufactured in all gauges and stretch types offered by the company. Thanks to extensive research and selection of the highest quality raw materials High Slip is characterised with high transparency and lack of adhesive on the external layer. Therefore, the film wrapped pallets do not stick to one another during system storage and transport.

Folia Efekt Stretch Plus®

The film is manufactured based on an innovative formulation. Thanks to that it is resistant to low temperatures and puncture resistant. It is characterised with high stretch and high tear resistance. The 5-layer polyolefin film has a stron cross-linked structure ensuring economic use and excellent efficiency.

Efekt Stretch Plus® is a five-layer poly-olefin film. It is manufactured on a six-metre production line, which is teh firstsuch solution in the world.

OfferStretch film is an extremely universal product from the point of view of modern logistics. Currently, it is not only the most economical, but also extremely effective form of securing loads on pallets. Hand stretch film

Hand stretch film is used for hand-wrapping of goods on pallets. Smaller gauge films are perfect fo lightweight rounded products such as plastic bottles. Higher gauge stretch films are used mainly to protect havier products such as bricks, paving, cubes or metal articles. Depending on customer needs, we are able to manufacture hand stretch film at gauges from 8 to35 μm and widths 250, 400, 450 and 500 mm.

Hand stretch film is packed automatically, which provides its maximum protection.

Thanks to a fully automated production line it is possible to pack stretch film in 6-roll cardboard boxes.

It is an ideal material to secure various type of materials with the use of wrapping machines. The machine film features much higher tear resistance than hand stretch film. The accuracy of securing goods on pallet by the film protects loads ruring transports but provides protection against dirt, dust and moisture.

Machine stretch film reflects very high technial parameters such as tear resistance, elasticity, stretch and adhesion.

Depending on customer needs, we manufacture machine stretch film at gauges from 8 do 35 widths of 250,400, 450, 500, 1000, 1500 mm.

Machine stretch film is also available in High Slip quality, featuring high transparency and lack of adhesive on the external or internal layer. This solves the problem of pallets sticking to one another during system storage and transport.

Jumbo stretch film

This high quality multi-layer film is manufactured in cast process, which provides it with higher stretch and elasticity whitout compromising the properties of the regular stretch film. Thanks to its properties, jumbo stretch film is used for repacking for hand or machine wrapping.

Apart from the transparent version, the film i available in colour such as to pack goods tightly and prevent insight by unauthorised persons.

Depending on customer needs, we manufacure jumno stretch film at gauges from 8 do 35 μm and widths of 400,450, 500.

The stretch film with overlaps is technologically advanced due to the reinforced edges. This type of film is made of the highest quality raw materials and is an excellent alternative to pre-stretch films. The recommended thickness for this type of film is in the range of 8 - 15 μm, however, on special customer's request, it is possible to produce a film with a thickness of 17 - 35 μm.

Those films, thanks to the reinforcement of their side with an overlap with a width of approx. 1 cm, increase the tear resistance of the film during wrapping the goods.

Folia stretch MINI RAP

The MINI RAP stretch film, known as cut film, is made of a standard film. A characteristic feature of this type of stretch film is the small and handy size, which in many cases can be a very big advantage, where it is difficult to use a stretch film in standard dimensions.
