Stronga design and manufacture the HookLoada range of world class hook trailers and ground demountable containers, designed for year round professional use by commercial enterprises and contractors.

The concept is that one multi functional hook trailer can handle literally hundreds of applications improving efficiency with a year round transport service at lower cost.

Changing containers takes less than one minute with the unique ability to pick up fully loaded containers from ground level. The trailers can also perform a wide range of tasks operating as a bulk trailer, vacuum tanker, flat trailer, dump trailer and many more, all by simply changing containers.

STRONGA EPS – ELECTRONIC POSITIVE STEERING

EPS is a lightweight modern solution for HookLoada trailers. EPS uses a sensor on the trailer drawbar which measures the angular displacement of the trailer in relation to the tractor. This sensor provides a responsive steering function to the axle. EPS, light, responsive, reliable and easy to use with all tractors.

ADVANCED REAR DOOR DESIGN

The strong, reliable wide opening BulkLoada rear door can be speed regulated to give the operator full control. Special double-D rubber seal makes your t ra i le r 100% secure a l lowing the transportation of fine seeds. A generous sized grain hatch mounted on hard wearing slides offers smooth long life operation.

POWERFUL TIPPING CYLINDER

The main tipping cylinder is fully reinforced in the chassis, positioned to give maximum tipping performance and sized for massive first stage body lifting power.High flow technology increases oil flow during tipping and lowering the body providing faster cycle times which leads to improved efficiency for customers.

HYDRAULIC DOOR LOCK

Our newly improved hydraulic door lock keeps your crop safe and secure even when oil pressure is lost offering reassurance in simplicity and reliability.

BULKER COVER SHEET

A generous sized bulker sheet in commercial heavyweight high gloss PVC material with stowage area mounted at the front of the body and convenient securing points keeps the sheet firmly in place.

ROLL SHEET WITH PLATFORM

Simple to use, fast to open and close this heavy duty waterproof PVC sheet secures your crop from the elements while the large platform provides safe and easy access.

EXTENSION SIDES FOR INCREASED CAPACITY

Easy to bolt on and remove, these extension sides allow increased internal body capacity for transporting light bulky materials. The standard extension sizes are 300mm for grain or 800mm for grass silage; however other tailored sizes are available on request.

HYDRAULIC REAR DOOR MOUNTED AUGERS

A choice of hydraulically driven rear door mounted augers for drill and fertiliser hopper filling are also useful for livestock feeding. This flexibility results in improved efficiency and extends the use of your BulkLoada trailer.

TRANSPORT EVOLUTION

The SwapLoada system is a natural progression for customers needing to improve transport efficiency and versatility on modern mixed farming enterprises.

The concept to use one high specification chassis equipped with a module lift system and multiple task specific modules works extremely well bringing cost efficiency particularly for larger scale operations and contractors.

The Stronga SwapLoada demount system makes it possible to quickly, simply and safely demount and mount specialist modules for specific operations with each module optimised to match the capacity of the chassis.

When matched with large modern fast tractors the flexibility of the system results in a cost effective, high output agricultural transport solution.

STATE OF THE ART

Four high performance chassis models are available from 5 to 8 metres long fitted with professional undercarriages that define state of the art and minimise maintenance.

Module exchange is easy and can be performed in 10-15 minutes with an excellent range of modules available including bulk tippers, dumpers, flat modules, vacuum tankers and manure spreaders.

Four hydraulic cylinders locate into pockets to smoothly lift exchange modules to the correct height for insertion of the support legs.

MODULE SUPPORT LEGS

Telescopic module support legs are quick and easy to fit with height adjustment allowing modules to be quickly and securely exchanged even where the ground is not level.

AUXILIARY HYDRAULICS

Rear auxiliary hydraulic services on the SwapLoada chassis securely and quickly connect to each module to operate on board hydraulic equipment.

BULK CARGO MODULE

The curved body module design offers excellent bulk transport capacities between 22 to 46 m³.The wide body and rear door design maximises the payload for the length. Many options available including extension sides and roll sheets.

DUMPER MODULES

Designed for transporting heavy materials the tough, robust body design capably handles sand, gravel and aggregates and is formed from Hardox wearplate with various rear door options.

FLAT MODULES

Available in various lengths these modules can be equipped with removable poles for timber transport or removable drop sides. Securing points around the module are fitted as standard.

TANKER MODULES

Vacuum tank modules from 10000 to 20000 litres capacity with high performance, reliable pumps and built in safety features. Slurry injection systems are also available.

UNIVERSAL SPREADER MODULES

Variable control hydraulic pushing blade spreader modules with powerful rear vertical beaters offer low maintenance and even application for manure, compost or sewage sludge and are available in various capacities.

The Stronga DumpLoada range represents a set of extremely durable dump trailers with capacities up to 34 tonnes gross weight for transporting heavy materials in the agriculture, quarrying, recycling and demolition industries. RUBBER DRAWBAR

Rubber type drawbar suspensions are most popular in central Europe, offering good comfort and simple maintenance. Special rubber material ensures long life service.

32 TONNE SPRUNG SUSPENSION

Optional 32 tonne suspensions are available on tandem axle trailers which offer customers improved stability when driving with big extensions in soft and boggy conditions.

HYDRAULIC LOCKING STABILISERS

Hydraulic axle stabilisers are standard on larger models which provide improved safety when tipping. Stabilisers are optional for smaller models and offer real benefits for customers working on soft or uneven ground.

SPRUNG DRAWBAR

Wide leaf sprung drawbars and excellent weight distribution make for a smooth ride, minimising shock loads on the tractor even at high speeds while height adjustment allows the operator to achieve the perfect ride height on any tractor.

BRAKING SYSTEMS

Hydraulic, air or dual braking systems are supplied to customer requirements. Air braked systems have Wabco load sensing fitted providing effective stopping power under any conditions reducing tyre wear.

INTERLOCKING SAFETY VALVES

Stronga only use reliable thoroughly tested technology that serves our customers. Simple hydraulic interlock valves protect trailer functions and improve safety for operators.

STRONGA POSITIVE STEERING

Optional on front and rear, positive steering axles improve manoeuvrability and reduce tyre wear. Available with both BPW and ADR axles.

POWERFUL WORK LIGHTS

Optional work lights can be mounted on the front and rear of the chassis or inside the body allowing safe and clear visibility during night time operations. Operator visibility is vital for safety and efficiency allowing precise positioning.

HYDRAULIC SUPPORT LEG

Stronga fit long stroke hydraulically operated legs which raise the trailer drawbar to the correct hitching height for any tractor. This allows easy and safe hitching and unhitching in any position.

MODERN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Modern sealed loom electric system with plug in LED front and rear sidelights fitted as standard while quality commercial rear light clusters are encased in protective grilles. LED rear cluster fittings are optional.

HARDOX 450 WEAR PLATE

Hardox combines hardness, high strength and toughness that is why Stronga use HARDOX 450 giving customers the advantage of reduced tare weights thereby increasing payloads while providing durable wear resistant long life structures.

TYRE OPTIONS

Stronga specify good quality radial tyres as standard however there are many optional tyre sizes and tread patterns available to meet customer requirements.

STRONGA PAINT FINISH

Every Stronga trailer comes with legendary paint quality. Excellent surface adhesion is guaranteed by thorough surface preparation including shot blasting and degreasing. Then two part epoxy primer followed by further treatments and final epoxy coatings gives you a quality paint finish that will continue to perform for a very long time.

REAR DRAWBAR OPTIONS

A robust rear towing bracket allows a variety of automatic and manual rear drawbars to be fitted together with rear braking and electrical services.

LIFT AXLES

For customers specifying air suspension Stronga can offer optional lift axles which reduce tyre wear and fuel usage when travelling unloaded.

BOLT ON TOWING EYES

A weld on Scharmuller multi position drawbar plate improves flexibility by allowing customers to interchange bolt on towing eyes and provides optimum ride height adjustment.

This benefits customers by allowing a variety of towing vehicles with different hitch types to operate the trailer.
