การทดสอบก่อนท้าการยกจริง ให้ท้าตามขั นตอนดังนี
1. ประกอบเชื่อมยึดค ้ายันทั ง 4 มุม และต้าแหน่งกลางตู้แนวดิ่ง ตามแบบ 2. ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อย และวดัค่าระดับทุกจุดตามต้าแหน่งขา support
ทั งหมด 3. ให้ท้าการ up lift ระบบโครงตู้ทั งหมดโดยใช้แม่แรงไฮดรอลิคทั งสี่มมุ 4. ท้าการปลดขา support ด้านล่างตู้ออกทั งหมด คงเหลือเฉพาะสี่มมุ 5. วัดค่าการทรุดตัวของชดุตู้ที่ต้าแหน่งเดมิ

จากการวิเคราะห์ ได้ค่า DISPLACEMENT -35.60 mm มากกว่าค่าที่ได้จากการทดสอบ -2.50 mm -----------------> OK
ข้อแนะน้า ให้ใช้เครนในการยก 2 ตัว เนื่องจากน ้าหนักของเครื่องจักรไม่อยู่ในจุกกึ่งกลางตู้ และ จุดศูยน์ถ่วงของเครื่องจักร จะค่อนไปอีกฝั่ง ต้องท้าการ Balance Load ให้เหมาะสมก่อนท้าการยก
