STUDENT DELEGATION RIGHTS
Under FERPA regulations, students have total authority over delegation of their data. Therefore, access may be
altered or denied by the student at any time for any Delegate regardless of their relationship to the student. The
University of Kansas does not control the access a student delegates to individuals.

DELETE
A student may wish to delete a delegate for a variety of reasons, but, in this example, there are two contacts
listed who are actually the same person. The second user has accepted the delegation while the first has not.
Therefore, the student may wish to remove the unnecessary access grant.
1. Click Delete on the contact to be deleted
2. Delete Confirmation Page, click “Yes-Delete”. There are no other warnings for this. The contact will
simply be deleted.
