Mark out the dates in your diary Work out your Promo study schedule
based on these dates Attendance is compulsory for all
meetings Group leaders will have to arrange other
non official meetings for your groups to complete your tasks, etc.
Admin Matters Passport
renew if not biometric passport & less than 6 mth validity (from day of departure: 27 Nov)
submit photocopy of passport to Ms Too Suat Ling by the next meeting
Parents’ particulars – to be keyed in at the next meeting
Trip Fund (for journal, gifts, jacket, welfare, etc) - pay treasurer at the next meeting: $10
Journal Writing Official journal writers will keep a detailed
record of the itinerary during the trip Everyone else will keep a personal journal –
to begin with 2nd pre-trip meeting Official journal writers must buy a note book
for everyone (including teachers) by the next meeting
