Since the notion of Students Loan Scheme is primarily aimed at financing only those talentedstudents who have insufficient means and can not pursue their studies due to financial constraints.We, therefore, request you to please select and recommend only those talented students whoseparents are really unable to finance the studies of their sons/daughters.

You are requested to follow the underlined guidelines while attesting/verifoing the document andissuing a bonafide certificate to the applicants.
