Wear P.E. uniform on P.E. Days
6th – 8th Grade

Will change for P.E. P.E. will be during 6th or 7th period

No Nail Polish or artificial nails
Unprocessed hair, natural hair
Stud earrings for girls
No earrings for boys
No tattoos or additional piercings other than earlobes
No hats inside school
Matching school-color hair accessories
Girls–Hair may not cover the eyes. Long hair should be tied back and away from face.
Boys–Hair must be above the eyebrows; not over the ears and not touching the collar.
No Writing/drawing will be allowed on any part of the person or any part of the school uniform.

UI = UNIFORM INFRACTION •No belt

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS
PK3 – K
Individual Celebrations • Free dress pass
• Recognized during morning assembly
• Deliver healthy snack on day of birthday to teacher in the morning before school
• Only classmates will celebrate, not outside adults or other family members.
Balloons, flowers, and presents should not be delivered to school. These items are NOT appropriate for school celebrations.
1st – 8th
Monthly Celebrations • Free dress pass
• Recognized during morning assembly
• 3rd Wednesday of each month
• Parents of students bring healthy snack at 3:15 p.m. to classroom.
• All visitors must check into the office and obtain a visitor’s pass.
The office cannot accept food items for birthday celebrations.

Serious infractions of Internet use both at school and off-campus may result in removal from St. James the Apostle Catholic School and will be reported to law enforcement, as mandated by the law.

COMPLETE ALL VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS • 20 Service Hours per year
• REQ. Min. of 2 hours – Parish Festival OR St. James Gala (October)
• REQ. Min. of 2 hours – Royal Bash (Spring) • Or $25 fee per hour
• If involved in school athletics – min. of 2 hours per sport
• Record hours on RenWeb
• $10 fee charged for each incomplete service hour
• Incomplete service hours will be billed to the family FACTS account.
• All service hours MUST be completed and logged in RenWeb by April 15th or incur a $25 fee per hour charge.
