MatteringSchlossberg (College Impact)

valued by others

feel marginalized.

So….What Does This Mean?

• Example: Pilot Study with 6 Budig Courses• N=1438 full-time, first-time freshmen

(39% of the new freshman class)• With 5 of the 6 reporting, 34% “flagged”

34% of 1438 = 489 students Translates to 10%+ retention

• 3 of the 5 courses reviewed as of now64 students (1.5% retention)
