HOMEWORK/BEHAVIORAL RECORD Each fifth grade student is expected to read two

lines or 30 minutes a night for One Hundred Book Challenge. Parents must sign-off on this nightly in the 100 B.C. log, which can be found in your child’s two-inch binder.

If a child misses a homework, I will ask that it be completed by the next day. If a child misses two homework assignments in the same week, I will e-mail a parent and ask that you ensure that the work is completed by the next school day.

A weekly folder will be sent home each Tuesday with important information/flyers and tests or quizzes that need a parent signature.

KIDBIZ 3000User Name and Password will be given and placed in the 100 Book Challenge section of the two-inch binder.

Use of the mobile lab for class will occur once a week.

Activities will be assigned for homework on a weekly basis by your child’s Reading teacher.

Please volunteer to be a helper for class parties or a Library Volunteer on Tuesdays from 9:30-10:00 by signing the HSA list.

Send in a healthy snack each day. When in doubt about homework, please
