1. Introduction[line]

A paper should not exceed 12 pages.Papers must be written in British English.

Technical terms should be explained if they are highly specialized, in the session called "Glossary". Abbreviations should be explained at least upon first use.

Framework structure of the document includes: Title, Author(s), Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Body of the Paper, Glossary (optional), Acknowledgements (optional), and References.

Main parts of the paper, chapters, should be numbered with Roman numbers. Sub-chapters must not include this kind of numbering and can be marked also by bullets or graphic characters.

The paper includes a two-column structure, separated by a one centimetre.[line]Format

A proper appearance of the paper will help the reader go through it more easily. To obtain it, is imperative that authors use this template.

Please observe the following rules: pages should have the following format: A4 paper, Cambria font, and the following margin settings: header: 1,5 cm, footer: 1,5 cm, bottom: 1,5 cm, top: 1,5 cm, inside: 2,5 cm and outside: 1,5 cm.

The text should be justified (except table and image titles), and titles must be written in title case.

The paragraph indent is 1 cm. All paragraphs should be single spaced. After the headings and sub-headings there should be 1 line. Pages are numbered in the footer (with Arabic numbers, Cambria, 10 points) starting with the first page number.[line]

Header, footer, page numberingIf you use this template when writing the

full paper, headers and footers will be set automatically to the following values: header: 1,5 cm, and footer: 1,5 cm.

FontsThe paper will be written using Cambria,

size 10 points. You can use all text formatting options: bold, italic, and underlined.

Tables and figuresExplanations for images and table titles

must be sufficiently clear so as not to require confrontation with the text. Images and tables that are not referenced in the text will not be included in the paper. Titles of table, styles or captions for the picture are shown below. The example below corresponds to Table 1. Before and after the table there should be one line. Title of table includes: “.”, and title of figure “:”.[line]

The paper can include a non-limited number of images. Their explanations and legends will be centred under them. Admitted minimum resolution of an image is 300 dpi.

References used should be relevant to the topic addressed in the paper and have a high scientific quality. They should be recent enough, in order to be mentioned. They must be listed in alphabetic order, and, in case of websites, although only high scientific value websites shall be used, authors must include the date of website visit. If a reference includes Conference Proceedings, the dates (year included) of the conference must be included.
