Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and one of its most popular tourist destinations. The island lies at the crossroads of three continents, where East meets West. Because of its strategic position the long history of the island has been marked by several invaders who have formed all together the political, economical, and cultural identity of Cyprus.

The Bachelor Programme in Accounting Banking and Finance has a strong focus on practical applications without sacrificing academic rigour. The BSc in Business Administration at Neapolis University will enable you to develop a critical awareness of the main functional areas of Business Administration and the management process within a variety of organisations. Applied Computer Science

(BSc)

A modern, innovative and pioneering curriculum. Designed to provide the required knowledge in a range of different areas of IT, such as Algorithm Design, Software Development, Emerging Disruptive Technologies and Computational Intelligence. Bearing in mind the ever-increasing market needs, the curriculum also provides its students with basic knowledge in the areas of Management, Finance, Economics and Business where Information Technology finds direct applications.

The content of this programme aims to prepare its graduates for the increasingly complex requirements of the private and public sector, local government, organizations and businesses.


Civil Engineering (BSc)

The Programme is designed to produce graduates able to meet these challenges, building their future on solid foundations. It offers each student knowledge and skills enabling them, upon completion of their studies, to enter the profession or to begin graduate study.

Students will learn to design while accounting for economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, and sustainability constraints whilist becoming acquainted with several aspects of professional practice.

The programme enables students to freely shape a subjective system of skills and values respecting their personal imaginations, ethos, consistency, and aesthetic development. The programme’s didactic method explores architectural design through a flexible system, adaptable to the capabilities and interests of each individual student. The first and only undergraduate Programme in the field of Real Estate in both Cyprus and Greece. This four-year Programme prepares the students for a successful career not only in the field of property valuation but also in many other professions that are related to Real Estate, such as land development, real estate investments, consulting services pertaining to real estate development and investment, real estate financing, real estate agency, etc.

Graduates of the Programme will be able to also pursue job vacancies in related government agencies such as the Department of Lands and Surveys. Duration: 4 Years ECTS: 240

The MSc in Accounting and Finance provides a comprehensive and rigorous treatment of key areas of accounting and finance. Its main objective is to provide you with a thorough understanding of finance and accounting concepts and their application within various types of businesses entities.

This is an ideal program for those wishing to pursue a professional accountancy qualification as it covers all areas examined by the ACCA professional exams. In addition therefore to being awarded with an MSc in Accounting and Finance students will be prepared to sit the ACCA professional exams.



The Master of Science in Real Estate is the first postgraduate Programme in Real Estate in both Cyprus and Greece and one of the few RICS-accredited programmes in the Eastern Mediterranean region. NEAPOLIS SMART ECO CITY PROJECT.

The Neapolis Project is an exciting mixed-use mega-project of 777,0000sqm of building coefficient on a freehold land of 1,135,000sqm adjacent to the city center and in the bustling tourist promenade of Paphos, Cyprus.

The development includes a University campus with accommodations for 10,000 students, in faces, as an extension of present NUP operations. There is also planning for a Medical University Program. Further, it will also include residential units and dormitories together with a Health Park, Wellness center and a Theme Park with commercial, leisure & entertainment, office park and other uses.

It is the largest integrated mixed-use project in Cyprus and probably in Southern Europe.
