CONCLUSION
From this research, it is concluded that most of thewomen are facing stress during working hours andstress effects their personal as well as professionallife. There is nothing to boost their morale they feel. Work isnot worship to them; they just carry on for the sake of carryingon. Women are more sensitive as compared to men. A
particular stress thus affects them more than the men.

Working hours so designed that they can feel relaxand give time to their family
The management programmes must beimplemented to deal with the stress level likeimproved communication, redesigning job etc.
Adopt the various strategies to reduce the stressand know how to manage the stress like meditation,yoga etc.
