Treatment of natural wood
Staining
raw beech

• water surface
• sand upcoming pores
• apply the stain (chemical or natural)
• wipe off surplus
• wait until dry
final treatment

Bleaching
raw beech
• corrosive
• mix waterperoxide & ammonia 25 : 1
• apply on wood
• wait until dry
• repeat process
• wash off thoroughlybleached

Flaming• soft wood only
• put board on non - flammable surface
• flame until soft annual rings turn black
• wait until cold

Liming
• ready – made liming putty available
• range of several liming coulors
• rub paste into pores
• wipe off surplus thoroughly
• varnish surface

• seal pory surface with filler
• wait until dry
• varnish: silky mat or high shiny
fibre board / mdf board

Varnish• sand roughly
• water surface
• sand upcoming pores
• allow to dry
• intermediate sanding
• final layer of varnish
• polish ( polyester varnish )varnishing equipment

Final treatment
Oil & Wax• pure oil or hardened oil
• pure oil: natural colour of wood turns darker – litle resistable
• hardened oil : hardwear surfaces
• wax applied with brush or linen cloth
• polish silky mat shine
