Glass cubicle system

VITRUM:Cubicle system made of enamelledsafety glass and anodised aluminiumfittings.

Scope of Application: Sanitary areas of an exclusive, high-class nature, at the same timesatisfying high demands for stabilityand durability.

• 10mm thick glass.

• All connecting elements in anodisedaluminium (E6/EV1).

• Self-closing doors with two alumi-nium maintenance-free rising hinges, glued to the glass surface,and also secured with screws.

• Finger protection and privacy shieldprovided by aluminium tube on thehinge side. Privacy on the lock sideprovided by a glued-on aluminiumstrip, additionally held in place inthe lock and door rabbet.

• Bolt lock in anodised aluminiumwith stainless steel bolt combinedwith aluminium door knob typeSchaefer.

• Wall-mounted glass privacy screens.

• Glass available in a variety ofcolours and patterns.

• Matching cloakroom lockers availa-ble (body in HPL, doors in glass).

Cubicle systemSandwich elements with HPL solid grade laminate surface

EF-3 JUMP:Recessed feet and head rail give cubicles a floating look. Wall connections withshadow gaps enable fronts without protruding parts. Elements as sandwichconstruction, 36mm thick, with integratedaluminium frame and 3mm thick solidgrade laminate panels on both sides. Fillingmade from CFC-free polyurethane foam.The model shown here also has lightingelements integrated in the front panel.

• High quality door knob in nylon or aluminium.

EF-3:Design as EF-3 JUMP but with encom-passing aluminium U-shaped profiles (shadow gap optional) and with fullyheight-adjustable stainless steel feet in the cubicle front. Head section available in a variety of designs.

Scope of Application:Wet rooms.

NT40:Wet room door consisting of an integratedplastic frame with 3 mm thick solid gradelaminate panels on both sides combinedwith a robust filling in polystyrene rigidfoam.

• Medium heavy mortice lock with stain-less steel astragal and safety U-shapednylon handle.

• Doors are manufactured according tothe on-site prescribed dimensions.

PUP30 JUMP

Cubicle systemSandwich elements with powder coated galvanized steel or aluminium

PUP30 JUMP:Recessed feet and head rail give cubicles a floating look. Wall connections with shadow gaps enable fronts without protru-ding parts. Sandwich elements consistingof two powder coated steel or aluminiumsheets with an internal frame made ofrigid PVC sections and completely filledwith CFC-free polyurethane foam.

Scope of Application:Wet room for where enhanced visualimpact is required.

• 30mm thick.

• Elements available in all standard RALcolours.

• Cabinet bolt on both sides. Fixed knobsavailable in white, black, dark grey, lightand dark red, dark blue and yellow.Latch key sets and door knobs in nylonor aluminium are available as an alternative.

• Fully height-adjustable stainless steelfeet.

PUP30 (without image):Design as PUP30 JUMP but with encom-passing aluminium U-shaped profiles (shadow gap optional) and fully height-adjustable stainless steel feet in the cubicle front.

Scope of Application:Wet rooms.

PUP30 KIGA (without image):Children cubicles with finger protection inthe region of the door rabbets and hinges.The door can either be fitted with a fixedknob or children full round handle.

SVF30 JUMP:Absolutely flush fitting unit made of com-posite chipboard with 0.3mm thick mela-mine-resin cladding (SVF30 ) or 0.9mmthick cladding (SVF30/S) on both sides withcoloured ABS strips. Recessed feet andhead rail lend cubicles floating optics look.Wall connections with shadow gaps enablefronts without protruding parts.

VK13:Waterproof HPL solid grade laminate panelsin conjunction with coloured powdercoated vertical and horizontal aluminiumprofiles.

Scope of Application:Wet rooms.

• 13mm thick.

• High quality door knob in aluminium ornylon with reinforced aluminium lockplate and stainless steel bolt.

• Aluminium or stainless steel feet, fullyheight-adjustable.

• Continuous profile sections runningfrom the floor up to the surroundinghead rail provide an extremely high level of stability.

• Aluminium finger protection with inte-grated tenon hinge.

VKH13:Design as for VK13 but as suspended unit.Massive head rail from which the elementsare suspended. This means supporting feetare no longer required in most cases, simplifying cleaning considerably.

VK13 KIGA:Waterproof HPL solid grade laminatepanels as the VK13 model, but in a children version with round handle and finger protection on both sides of thedoor. Available in a variety of designs.

S20 Cloakroom hook rail

GVK13:Water-resistant cloakroom lockersmade of HPL solid grade laminatepanels and protruding vertical aluminium sections.

• Locker body: Back wall 4 mm, cen-tre partitions 4mm or 8mm depen-ding on model, top and bottom 8mm thick, colour white.

• Doors and front walls: 13mm thick

• Standard locking mechanism bymeans of cylinder lever lock asmaster key system. Alternative locking systems available. Theinstallation of on-site locks is generally unproblematic.

• Compartment divisions (e. g. 2-compartment, 3-compartment or Z lockers) can be supplied accor-ding to customer requirements.

GVKF13:Water-resistant cloakroom lockersmade of HPL solid grade laminate as described, but without protruding aluminium sections in flush fittingdesign.

SGVK13:Cloakroom lockers made of a steelbody in bevel-edge design with doorsmade of 13mm thick HPL solid gradelaminate panels.

VITRUM GS:Cloakroom lockers with body made as for GVK lockers and doors made of 10mm thick, coloured enamelledsafety glass. Finger protection on thehinge side (GS certificate). All alumini-um parts are natural anodised. Due tothe flexible body design, customiseddimensions or on site requirementsare completely unproblematic.

S20:Benches with subframe made of aluminium tubes and solid grade laminate bench seating in differentdesigns.

The bench subframes are made ofaluminium tubes and can be powdercoated in all standard RAL colours oranodised for natural tones.

The bench seating is made of 20mmthick solid grade laminate panels andcan be supplied up to a length of

2500mm without joints. All free-stan-ding corners and edges are roundedoff for body protection. Backrest13mm thick.

The cloakroom hook rails consist of40mm thick aluminium tubes combinedwith double or triple hooks, availablein natural anodised or powder coatedin any RAL colour.

Types of bench:(a) Bench with front support and wall

mounting.

(b) Wall mounted seat without floorsupport ( the brickwork must berobust and stable enough to takethe mounting).

(c) Bench as free-standing stool-typebench structure.

(d) Single-sided bench with hook railand back rest.

(e) Double-sided bench with hook rail and back rest.

(f) Bench with shoe rack available for all types.

Cloakroom lockers and systems

Our locker solutions can be assembledaccording to our customer’s require-ments:

a) Assembly of lockers on an on-sitebase.

b) Subframe in aluminium, 30 x 30 x 2 mm, powder coated with height-adjustable screw feet, 150 mm inheight. Also available in stainless steelat an extra cost.

c) Substructure approx. 430mm inheight and consisting of 30 x 30 x 2 mm aluminium tubes including pro-truding bench with 20mm thick solidgrade laminate bench seating.
