We have standard packages and we do custom packages so we are able to tailor them to your style and taste. Whether you’re hosting a glorious in town wedding or Romantic destination wedding, Stylish Weddings and Events will help you make it perfect. “My wife and I just got married this New Year’s Eve in San Diego and had the wonderful opportunity to work with Jaime. I say “opportunity" specifically because that is what it felt like at times to us. Initially, we hired a wedding planner (not Jaime) a year out from our NYE wedding, someone who was referred to us and checked off all the requirements for what we thought would be a great decision, or so we thought….. Turns out this planner did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in regard to planning our wedding for 9 months. To put it lightly, my wife was the wedding planner, not our actual wedding planner. We finally decided enough was enough and fired her. Shortly after this, we found Jaime. In 2 weeks, Jaime did more for us and for getting the wedding/planning back on track than our previous planner had done in 9 months! I'm not sure if that’s more amazing on Jaime’s part, or how awful our previous planner was. Either way, Jaime took charge from Day 1 with us and kept the momentum going all the way through to the very next day. Always with the utmost respect and resourcefulness, Jaime was an absolute pleasure to work with for the entire wedding process. Around 90% of our guests were coming from out of town to make this a vacation and destination wedding, so we had a handful of events going on prior to several days out from the big day. I really cannot even imagine how it all would have been completed, if it had not been for Jaime’s guidance and constant communication and helpful timelines throughout the entire process. flowers (including canopies and Chuppah’s to elaborate bouquets), centerpieces and personal flowers creating them to fit the exact personality of your event

• Rentals of décor, linens, and so much more • I will assist you in creating your timeline and production lists to keep everyone on

the same page, and ensure a seamless event. • Distribute the timelines to all involved in the wedding and event, so there are no

questions as to when and where we all need to be and when. (to the best of my ability, after we give it to them, it is up to them to read of course)

• Attend a detailed finalization appointment with each vendor, to make sure no detail is left unturned

That’s what you get with the Coordinated to Excellence service. Jaime will personally review your wedding timeline/plan and identify any gaps or conflicts that could result in issues on your big day. He’ll also share with you his personal preferred top-notch wedding professionals and offer any guidance you may need for those few remaining tasks on your list. Then, you’ll relax, kick back and have a blast the entire day of your wedding while the Stylish Weddings and Events team manages every detail, including vendor relations, décor supervision and event management. • 8 weeks prior to the ceremony create the timeline with the bride and make sure that all the vendors have communicated with the venue manager.

• Vendor meeting 4 weeks prior to the wedding, go over details, check of coverage of insurance has been turned in, and all the details for the day and to answer any last-minute questions.

“Day-of,” a better description is “coordination for the day of the wedding.” Stylish Weddings and Events starts with a comprehensive consultation with the bride at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to the wedding. From there we review your detailed timeline for the wedding day and work to ensure that everything comes together just as the bride envisioned it. As well, some wedding venues have a requirement that a couple hire a planner or at minimum, a coordinator for the day of the wedding.

Stylish Weddings and Events will give the peace of mind that all the details will come together as you envisioned. The amount of resources budgeted toward a wedding can be substantial, and with just 5 to 10 percent of the cost going to coordination for the day, couples can ensure that countless hours of planning time will be made easier and that they get the most for their money. Stylish Weddings and Events will make sure you enjoy the celebration so you or family members don’t have to do any work and stress. If a last-minute snafu crops up, having Stylish Weddings and Events on board allows you to be charming, gracious hosts, rather than frazzled, last-minute problem solvers. We will make sure you'll be able to truly enjoy every moment of the day.

• Initial consultation • Unlimited phone conversations and emails 2 weeks prior to the wedding • Walk through at the event sites • Meeting with the client 2 -3 weeks prior to the event and go over the

details • Coordination of rehearsal of a team member • Review timing and processional order, ceremony positions, as well as

recessional order. Provide cues, timing or musical. • Check your timeline for all logistics for the day of the wedding • Send out the timeline to vendors and bridal party once completed and it is

seamless • Will be at your service for the whole day of the event • Confirm centerpieces /decorations

• Touch base with vendors and provide contact information. Confirm arrival and finish times, provide directions if required

• Finalize seating charts and completion of place cards and table settings.

• Set up personal decor or any other personal items for the event • Greet all vendors and give direction where needed and be the key person

for everyone • Greet early arrivals and participants • Greet and Manage family members and bridal party for arrival times,

• Check room layout and décor, table linens and designs, as well as numbers and/or centerpieces, personalized beverage napkins/candies.

• Set up anything transferred from ceremony to reception - gift box/gift table

• Coordinate with all vendors (photographer, videographer, musicians, etc., and if applicable entertainers and security). Ensure each has everything they need (appropriate space, tables, power, etc).

• Check overall facilities. • Coordinate all announcements- wedding party's arrival, toasts, first dance,

cutting the cake, etc.

• Work with DJ or bandleader to maintain flow of reception. • Alerting bride and groom to each event. • Coordinate sequencing of reception with hospitality vendors as to timing of wedding party program/
