Sub: Formation of Panel- AI Housing Colony - New Delhi

This is further to our earlier Notifications No:DELIESTATEIHC/2014 dated24.11.2014 and DELIESTATEIHC/2015 dated 14.08.2015 on the above subject since thepanel for Type Al and Type B flats has been exhausted.

In terms of revised guidelines issued by Headquarters vide letter refNo. HPD02IHousing Policy/8022 dated 10.4.2012, applications are invited fromemployees working in Delhi to form a panel for allotment of" AI" and "B" Type flats inAI Housing Colony, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.

Permanent employees who will be on the payrolls of the Company as on01.04.2016 are eligible to apply.

The panel of "AI" and "B" Type flat will be formed separately for General,Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category. However SC/ST category employeeswould also be placed in the General Category panel as per seniority.

The following criteria will be applied while placing the employees in respectivepanels for different type of flats for allotment in AI Housing Colony:-

Al type: Date of joining in erstwhile Grade 112 in erstwhileIA and grade 1 to 3 in erstwhile AI.

B type : Date of joining/entry in erstwhile Grade 9 in erstwhile IA andgrade 11 to 24 in erstwhile AI.

(a) All permanent employees of Air India Ltd. who do not own a house/flat/apartment intheir name or in the name of spouse or dependent children, within the range of 50 Kmsfrom the municipal limit of Delhi are eligible to apply for allotment of flat in AIHousing Colony, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.

(b) Employees who have been granted housing loan for purchase/construction ofhouse/ flat!apartment in another city( other than hislher place of posting) would also beeligible to apply. "

(c) Employees who have been granted housing loan for purchase/construction ofhouse/flat! apartment in the satellite township of Delhi and are coming within therange of 50 Kms from the Municipal limits of Delhi, but not got the possession ofhouse are eligible to apply subject to following conditions:

(i) The employee will have to give an undertaking declaring that he/she or theirspouse are not in possession of the flat! House for which he has taken Loan(a house would be considered to be fit for occupation as from the date thelocal body gives a certificate of completion or actual occupation of thebuilding, whichever is earlier)

(ii) Details of property he/she has booked i.e. Name of SocietylBuilder,address, year of booking.

(iii) Name of Financial institution! bank with address, loan amount and year oftaking Housing Loan.

(iv) He/She has to submit progress report of construction by 31st December ofevery year.

(v) A certificate from builder regarding expected date of completion of projectand handing over of possession.

(vi) He/She has to give an undertaking that he/she will vacate the flat of AIColony within one month after taking possession of the flat! house.

(d) Employees who were earlier allotted quarters in Colony but were subsequently evictedare also not eligible to apply.

The panels of eligible employees will be drawn as per revised guidelines and suchpanel will be valid Till April 2017.

During the validity of the panel, no fresh requests for empanelment for allotment ofquarters will be considered except in case of employees who have been transferred to Delhion company's requirement, which will be considered as per rules.

The employees are advised to apply on appropriate form as per their eligibility. Theapplication forms can be obtained from the following offices:

Employees are advised to submit duly filled in Application Forms through properchannel so as to reach the office of GM (P), NIR, All.: 2nd floor, Administrative Bldg.,IGIA Trml-l, New Delhi or scanned copy of duly filled Application Form through e-mailon mgrpersnr@gmail.com on or before 29.02.2016.

If at any time, it is found that the information given by an employee in theapplication form is incorrect, his/her name is liable to stand deleted from the panel withoutany notice. Incomplete application forms and/or forms received late will not beconsidered.
